This platform is to make the community worthy to all by sharing knowledge, information, opportunities, and any needful contemporary issues, specially for creating a nation wide sustainable young professionals and student leaders circuit.

This platform is to make the community worthy to all by sharing knowledge, information, opportunities, and any needful contemporary issues, specially for creating a nation wide sustainable young professionals and student leaders circuit.
On the other hand, Human Resource Management in all contexts nowadays is playing the role of the strategic business partner & currently a topmost prioritized issue in almost business organizations. Our Motto is creating a network, making development, implement good HR practices, developing young talents, knowledge sharing & development of human
resources & prepare them as human capital in all together.
Our History
Officially,we started our journey in 2016,then we conducted various training workshops and other development related activities with different HR professionals. At that time we only targeted HR professionals. But later we came out of this idea. Because the current world is gradually enlarging the HR concept. So we started our activities with ongoing students, fresh graduates and professionals. We started our journey with different types of trainings, workshops and webinars. Now we are able to take our activities from national to global level. Now we are conducting our activities in maximum public and private universities of Bangladesh. We have also hosted various live webinars titled as “Win your Career (WYC)”, which have already gone global. We are organizing trainings and workshops with various HR professionals. We are doing various developmental activities in collaboration with the clubs of different universities in Bangladesh.
